From going straight to linking turns.

You catch green waves. Now it's time to ride them. A coaching path built for surfers who live far from the ocean and surf a few times a year.

Who it's for

You catch unbroken waves and pop up consistently, but you still go straight to the beach or stall when it's time to turn. You don't surf often enough to figure it out by trial and error. This is for you.

Where to start.

They're not three sizes of the same thing. Each answers a different question, and most people work through them in order.

5 places a month

The Snapshot

One wave, uncut. It is the same first look we give every client before anything else, and the fastest way to find out whether we can help you at all.

  • One surf wave, from paddling to kick-out, phone footage is fine
  • Watched frame by frame, not skimmed
  • A written answer within 48 hours
  • One surfskate exercise to start fixing it
  • One fitness exercise to support it
  • No call, no pitch, no follow-up unless you ask
  • Your clip may be shared as an example, that is why it is free

Five places a month. Each one takes the better part of an hour to do properly, and that is the limit of what I can do without cutting corners.

Paid · live

The Diagnostic

Your whole picture, not one wave. Footage reviewed in full before we speak, then an hour together. Nothing is shared.

  • At least five waves of the same manoeuvre, analysed in advance
  • 45–60 minutes live, one to one
  • A written report — the phase, the cause, the order to work in
  • A four-week training programme built from it
One session€149

Application only

The Concrete Program

For surfers without regular access to a surfable wave, who are serious about developing their surfing between trips instead of rebuilding it at the start of every one.

  • Physical assessment — your body, your capacity, your limits
  • Surfing assessed from footage — weaknesses and strengths
  • Built around the waves you're actually going to surf next
  • Surf strength training and surfskate, in one plan
  • Reassessed every four weeks from your surfskate and training footage
Standard3 coaching calls, one at each reassessment€890
PROA coaching call every week€1,490

Same 12 weeks, same programme. PRO is for surfers who want closer guidance every step of the way. Your €149 diagnostic comes off either. Limited places, because the delivery is real.

Surf strength & conditioning

The part that decides how long your technique lasts.

Technique does not usually fail because you forgot it. It fails because you ran out of paddle, out of legs, or out of air, and the last hour of a session looks nothing like the first. Surf strength and conditioning moves where that happens.

Coached live online, one to one. Built by a sport scientist and physiologist around what your body can currently produce and where it gives out, not a generic programme. No gym required for most of it.

  • Paddle capacityMore waves caught in hour three, not just hour one.
  • Legs and the pop-upThe strength and speed the take-off actually asks for.
  • Rotation and the turnWhere the power in a carve comes from, trained on stable ground.
  • Staying unbrokenShoulders, lower back and neck, the three that end trips early.

Book it as a single session below, or have it built into The Concrete Program, alongside the surfskate work, as one plan rather than two.

One session, when you need it. An hour, online, one to one: surf strength and conditioning, surf video analysis or surfskate video analysis.

€80 Book a single session

It starts with two assessments, not one. A physical assessment tells us what your body can currently produce and where it gives out. Footage tells us where your surfing is. We're as interested in what you're already good at, because the plan protects those as much as it develops the rest.

Then it's built around the waves you're going to meet. A trip to a soft, slow beach break and a trip to a fast, hollow reef ask completely different things of you, so the twelve weeks are shaped by where you're going next, not by a generic template.

If you've trained with us before, we go back to the footage from your last trip. What went wrong there is the clearest possible brief for what to train before the next one. That's the whole point of The Concrete Program. You stop arriving and starting over.

Every four weeks you send new footage and we reassess. Two re-film cycles per assessment, so you can see whether the movement actually changed rather than taking our word for it.

"His instructions were clear, he demonstrated and feedback was by video analysis. I went away with a lot to work on and exercises to help. Very precise and structured."

Jamie — UK

"I focused a lot on my initiation of bottom and top turns, timing and weight shifting. The biggest moment was when we practised linking the individual turns together smoothly."

Sarah, 43 — Austria

"Understood where my weight should be, when to compress and extend. Arm positioning. Now I feel better equipped for bowl training."

Sina, 41 — Germany

"When I started, I really struggled with my slow pop-up on a mid-length surfboard. Now it feels almost like second nature. One of the best surprises has also been how much stronger I've become in the process."

Liz — USA · training online since March 2025

"I finally learned how to stay confident on my board. I figured out my front foot stance and back turn, which improved drastically since the start of the session."

Mary, 34 — Austria

Getting started

The Snapshot answers one question, what's blocking this wave, from one uncut wave, in writing, with no fee because the clip may be shared. The Diagnostic answers where your surfing is overall: at least five waves of the same manoeuvre, an hour live, a written report and a four-week programme, and nothing is shared. The Concrete Program is the training itself, built from a physical assessment plus your footage plus the waves you're going to surf next.

Nothing. Five places open each month and that is the whole allocation — watching a clip frame by frame and writing something genuinely useful takes the better part of an hour, so fifty rushed ones would be worth nothing to anyone. It exists because the fastest way to show you how we work is to do it once on your own surfing.

Not for a Snapshot — that is one wave of surfing, because a wave shows the whole link from take-off to exit. Surfskate footage is welcome for the Diagnostic, a single session and The Concrete Program, and plenty of our clients are surfskate riders far from a coast.

Say so in the form and we'll send filming instructions, where to stand, what angle, how long, what has to be visible. A phone on the beach is enough.

Book The Concrete Program within 15 days of your diagnostic and the full €149 comes off the price. The window exists so the answer is still current when you act on it. The credit applies to The Concrete Program only, not to retreats.

The Concrete Program

Surfers who don't live next to a wave. You surf on trips, you make progress, and then you come home and lose most of it before the next one. The Concrete Program turns the months in between into training instead of waiting.

Three inputs. A physical assessment of what your body can produce and where it gives out. Your footage, read for weaknesses and strengths — the plan protects what's already working. And the waves you're heading to next, because a slow beach break and a fast reef ask different things of you.

For each assessment you get two rounds of sending new footage and hearing whether the movement actually changed. If it didn't, we adjust the training and go again. Bounded on purpose — an unlimited guarantee is one nobody can keep.

On the standard program, three times: once at each four-week reassessment. A programme runs four weeks because that's roughly how long a movement change takes to settle. With PRO, every week, for surfers who want closer guidance every step of the way.

Get your Snapshot.

Paste a link to your footage and tell us what's frustrating you. You'll hear back within 48 hours for a Snapshot, 24 for everything else.

One wave, from paddling to kick-out, uncut. Don't trim it to the good part and don't send a whole session — what happens before and after the manoeuvre is usually where the answer is.

Clips are too big to upload through a web form, so paste a link: Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, an unlisted YouTube video or an Instagram post all work.

Where and when, beach or water, and what you were going for. One line is enough.
